Dimo, 1st grade: The best thing that I experience at the moment is joy from being happy. I know that I like the game. I could play better and I should make the movements more beautifully. I feel calmer.
Mirena, 2nd grade: When I found out what Paneurhythmy is, I decided to join the course. Mom and Dad approved. When we play, miracles happen. Once it was raining and when we started playing the rain stopped and the sun shone. Since I started playing Paneurhythmy I feel stronger, better and more organized.
Seven, 2nd grade: I like this dance very much. I have been playing it for several months. If I am in a bad mood, after our Paneurhythmy class I feel joy. I quarrel less with my friends and I almost never get ill. I help mom, I study faster, and I have become better.
Simona, 4th grade: Paneurhythmy was the last thing that I took. I go to school, sing in a choir, play the piano, study German, and go to ballet. I thought that going to Paneurhythmy would be difficult for me. However, it did not burden me; it became part of the routine. In the beginning, when the teacher explained what Paneurhythmy is, I did not understand very well. However, when I started playing, I understood that this is a mixture of music and movements which makes my body feel as light as a feather. I want Paneurhythmy to become an obligatory elective subject in all schools, so that all children know how pleasant it is to play Paneurhythmy. Now, when we play outside, people stop to look at us. Some stay for long. I think that they also want to play Paneurhythmy, but they are ashamed because they are grown up. However all people can play Paneurhythmy.
Iva, 4th grade: If I have a poor mark at the test in Country Science, I am very angry with the teacher, but when I come to Paneurhythmy, I forget all bad things, I forget about the test. It would be best if the parents come to play Paneurhythmy so that they are not angry with us when we have poor marks.
Boyana, 6th grade: Since I have started playing Paneurhythmy I have not fallen ill. I can control my temper.
Stanislav, 6th grade: I have learned to work in a team. I like it very much that I have new friends.
Christiana, 6th grade: I have become calmer, more organized. I am convinced that with work and persistence I can achieve everything.
Vanya, 6th grade: I am sure that Paneurhythmy is useful. I have learned to show consideration for others.
Mariya, 6th grade: I feel that I have changed. I know that I am a good person. I came to the understanding that the world needs no violence.
Milena, 7th grade: I have been playing Paneurhythmy for three years. After every lesson, I feel better and happier. When you play the exercises, you want to fly. I hope that more people will join our sunny circle, and that all those who play are happier and more radiant.
Ivan, 8th grade: Two months ago I came to a Paneurhythmy class by chance. Now I feel well, I have calmed down. I don’t know all the exercises but the music carries me with it. Paneurhythmy is the easiest and most pleasant way for relaxation.
Violeta, 8th grade: I like going to Paneurhythmy and especially in natural environment. It is wonderful there. And the few summer camps that I went to are beyond description. Come and you will see what it is!
Alexander, 8th grade: Here in the summer camp, I meet various people and find friends. Interesting things have happened to me in the course of the year. Paneurhythmy makes me relaxed and calm. People are part of nature and it is wonderful to play Paneurhythmy in the mountain, to feel the silence of nature. I would recommend Paneurhythmy to nervous people.
At the end of the school year, every child in our program makes the Wilson Tree drawing test, where s/he defines his or her position on the tree at the end of the training. The test combines with the Unfinished Sentences test, where children express their necessities, wishes, achievements, and dreams.
The results of approximately 1000 children’ tests show that they need more friends. Children from 4th grade find a close friend in the Paneurhythmy group. Children from 5th grade at the end of the first year have found new friends, which corresponds to the group of three figures in the test.
At the end of the first year pupils from 5th grade write: I feel joy; I found out that I can make things better; It was most difficult in the beginning; I have to be more diligent; Now I feel that I can manage better at school; I have learned that I can achieve a lot.
At the end of the second year, the same children, already in 6th grade, are more precise: I like the peaceful atmosphere of the classes; I need to take Paneurhythmy classes 2-3 times a week; I can feel the change; the best that I feel at the moment is that I will graduate with excellent marks.
